HTV Halbleiter-Test & Vertriebs-GmbH and HTV Conservation GmbH will be appearing in the future with the new ALTER | HTV logo in order to make the expansion of the portfolio through the close cooperation with ALTER TECHNOLOGY even more visible throughout Europe.
HTV has been part of ALTER TECHNOLOGY from the beginning of 2023. Since then, we have jointly developed our experience and expanded our range of services for the growing semiconductor industry in Europe in a future-oriented manner.
The change begins now and will be implemented in the next months. The two companies, HTV Halbleiter-Test & Vertriebs-GmbH and HTV Conservation GmbH, will remain fully intact. There will be no changes to the legal form, commercial register number, management, company employees or internal organization.
They have already inaugurated the new brand identity at the DLR Bauteile Konferenz on May 14-15, 2024 in Kamp-Lintfort (Germany).
